Jim grew up in a "printing family" as his father, Gil, is the founder of the company. Jim learned everything he needed to know about running a Printing Company by listening to his father complain about the business every night around the dinner table. Jim has used that experience to become the Local Print Baron, Civic leader, and all-around nice guy that he is. Now every night, he bores his wife Penny around their dinner table.
